E77650 have to click promote job

Hi all
I have a pagewide E77650 in the office that when it recieves any job at all you have to click on the active jobs.then promote and enter admin password
Anybody have any ideas ?
Juat to throw something in the mix apparantly it only happened after a member of staff tried to photocopy a £20 note as a joke and the printer stated it has been reported .
Now i understand the currency detection but what could it possibly have done to stop jobs ? All settings identical to other printer same model
