Lift Bar Mechanisim Blocked 0040-0012-0017

Howdy - Hopefully this post makes it through all the Air Jordan ads!

Getting reoccuring errors on lift bar mech blocked. Lubricated the lift bars per the service manual, but still seeing the errors. Anyone else? I can't see anything physically in the way in the machine and the error can be cleared at the operator panel, then the machine just keeps printing.

One thought is if our machine wasn't deadlevel or had a twist in it from end to end, would these bind? Just spitballing at this point.

All - Update. Called HP Tech Support directly and diagnosed and ended up replacing both the lift bar mechatronics and the lift mech motor. Machine runs better than new. Could have tried one or the other, but for the time and money, I decided to just replace both.
