Sentinel License Server

Does anyone know how to relocate the Sentinel RMS License Server and transfer licenses to another PC ?

We are having a problem with the PC it is loaded on, and wanted to install the License Server and transfer licenses to another PC.
We can load the server, but do not know how to transfer the smartstream licenses.
When we enter our License Order Number and email, there are no licenses available. Assuming because they are still on the first PC.

Does anyone know how to move licenses to another PC ?
I'm sure that this is something we should all know how to do, as eventually we will all need to upgrade or replace the PC's currently hosting the license server and licenses.

Basically, your dealer has to email HP and request a license reset and yes it is as much of a pain as it sounds. Also remember it cannot be places on a virtual machine of any form, it must be a Physical PC running Windows.
