Default Password?

Ok, dumb question....

Is there a default username and password to login to the pagewide to do things such as grab the error log? I've retrieved the log before without login, but now, I have no idea why, it's asking for a login. Our dealer (very experienced tech) hasn't run into this either.

Any guesses?

Never seen it. All the ones I have checked just let me right in. I agree, have you tried the latest firmware. If so tried going back 1 to a older version and try it.

Someone has gone into the web interface and set a password. It can be cleared out through the service mode at the machine.
