System Error: 0030-0003-0009

Hi,
We have a PageWide XL 4500 and a PageWide XL 5000 and both are down for different issues. Our PageWide XL 5000 has a System Error 0030-0003-0009 with the message "A system error occurred. Restart the printer and try again. If the problem persists, contact your support representative."
We have a service call in but won't get someone here until Monday. Any ideas on any steps we could try ourselves?

Make sure all the printheads are firing out the right amount of if. Run a Diagnostics print and see if any printheads are not shooting out ink. If not here is what the manual has.

According to the manual:

0030-0003-0009 Drop detector sensor 1 or 2 – Connector/cable issue
Call agent:

If, after rebooting, the issue persists, then your Support representative is needed to repair the printer on site.
Service engineer:
1.
Check that the Drop Detector PCA to Carriage Sensor PCA cable (NI_52 or NI_53) and connectors are properly connected, unbroken, and undamaged. See Cable identification on page 2095.
2.
Replace the Drop Detector PCA.
3.
Replace the Carriage Sensor PCA.
