Drawer closed switches

The drawer closed switch actuators are bent causing 0020 faults. I have replaced the switches on all our pagewides and shortly after the actuators are bent again. I see no adjustment on the frame mounted tabs and don't see an adjustment to the drawer stops. Am I missing something?

Are you missing something? Well where should I begin?

Maybe, "but I wouldn't say I've missed it, Bob."

I know when we first got our plotter, the people installing it said there was a known issue that caused something like this and they already had the fix for it, so they took care of it then, perhaps this is all that is needed? I would suggest checking through the service bulletins.

I'll go back through the knowledge base to see what I missed. Do you remember how long ago your pagewide was installed?

Update-HP has redesigned the drawer position switch actuators. Since replacing the switches there have been "0" drawer position errors and no bent actuators. CZ309-67443
