Error code XL8000

Anyone seen this? Hp has no idea what it is. Its on an XL 8000.

HP pagewide error code 8214-F6A1-0000

I've been told by HP that this sort of error is firmware related. No explanation given. I guess I would make sure the firmware is current, Smartstream as well.
