empty inks

Anyone had problems with new inks showing empty? i have one very high volume account and it has happened four times on the black inks. they put it in and it recognizes the ink but when you push finish it shows empty. They put in another ink and it shows full.

If it's always the same position could be the PIP is at fault. The latest firmware (11+) dealt with an issue that caused the ink tanks to pressurize to the point of not being removable. Maybe your issue was addressed as well. If you're still running 10 I would suggest updating.
