0030-0011-0059 ONLY when it goes into sleep mode

0030-0011-0059 only when the printer goes into sleep mode. Print bar does not go all the way up and the carriage unit will run into it. Sometimes the carriage unit stops just as it is going under the print bar or it will go all the way to the left and make it all most out and stops because of the print bar.
Everything tests fine in diagnostics and and during cleaning during a print job.

At least this one is not about a shoe.

Is the Brake allowing the print bar to slowly drop down a little. If the carriage is hitting the print bar on the way back maybe the lift motor is not working right. Maybe recalibrate the lift motor and see if that works or replace the lift motor. That is only if the print bar is lowering itself down while running causing the jam.

Update, Finally found the problem. And why the printer did not give an error for print bar is any ones guess. The print bar lift switch that print bar hits at it highest point was stuck shut. In other words always closed, but it would never give a print bar error.
