8000 printing real slow

I have a PageWide 8000 out there that is printing a 24 x 36 every 7 to 8 sec. Has anyone else run into this problem? And do you know the answer to this question? LOL It was printing fine for over 4 million sq. ft. now it started printing real slow. Like it is printing on Vellium or something.

For all those who did not know the answer to this question. If you have a ink cartridge that is out of date it will put the 8000 into safe mode and slow the printer way down. Remove the ink cartridge turn off the printer and turn back on. That will take it out of safe mod. Throw away that ink cartridge and install a known good date one.
