Error code 0040-0002-0X69

In the middle of printing the printer will print out a blink sheet and throw this code. 0040-0002-0X69. Where the X is at will change from 6 to 8 to3 to 2 and so forth. Has any body else have a pagewide that has done this and could help? I know it can not be every printhead pca board is bad.

And the answer to this question is, It was the CZ309-67072 PEM cable loop. It would drop contact and cause error saying one of the printhead PCA was bad. Replaced that and never had that error again. Been a few months now with no 0040-0002-0X69 error code.
