[img][img][img]i can anyone help me clear the error code? I got the error code: 0025-0005-0441: Magenta Broken bag error,
Here is the bad thing that happened:
I open the right side panel to replace the waster PCA cable. My hand probably kept touching and moving the ink tube, so that the plastic screw holding the ink tube connector was loose, so that the magenta leaked one drop of ink. I wasn't aware of that until I turned on the printer and got the error code:0025-0005-0441

After tightening up the plastic screw, no leak, but couldn't clear the broken bag error. Can any technician in LA area come to my place to fix this? Not sure if required the dongle USB in order to get into the service menu if no, anyone can tell me how to get into the service menu to clear the error?

It could be that the PIP got ink on it and shorted out. They can be sensitive to the ink.

you have to have a service USB drive key to get into service mode.
