Smart Stream History

We have two PageWide XL8000. Our Smart Stream software has an odd quirk; the History tab for one of our machines updates it's completed jobs almost immediately, but the other machine takes 10 minutes (or more) to update.

Anybody else see this?

We'd like to export the job details and use that for billing purposes, but it is difficult when one machine won't let us access those details for ten (or more) minutes.
