Rear Cover Binding

1 1/2 year old printer with a rear cover binding when production try's to open it. I've lubed the bearing points and checked for any interference problems. It's improved but still not correct. I'm guessing the gas springs may be at fault but they aren't shown in the SM. Any ideas?

Make sure you order the correct gas springs CZ309-67149 listed under the DRYER heading........
