Anyone having issues with HP's Tech support recently?
Previous times I've called, I've had great luck with their online tech's. Now, the preliminary contact appears to be a salesman, not a tech person and their call hold times, tech response times and tech visit scheduling are a tremendous mess. Anyone else see a change?
Being able to support my own equipment was a huge reason for buying pagewides, but that part of the equation seems to be changing.
