Cleaning container empty - station overflowing

Hello,

we have 2 PageWide XL 5100, with both we have now noticed that ink never runs/drips into the cleaning container. The staion with the fan on top is now full and the ink is already in the filter. Can someone tell me what the cause is? I would have understood it with one machine, but I find it strange that it happens to both at the same time.
